Commercial property video production, Manchester and the North West (new page)
New commercial North West page written to seo-website's Spec 2: 1,074 words, national commercial proof framed honestly, the Altrincham proximity argument, asset type blocks, price signal, five FAQs and every CTA at /quote/. Deliberately non residential so it cannot cannibalise /property-videographer-manchester/.
We are a commercial property film company based in Altrincham, working across Manchester, Cheshire and the wider North West.
Offices and workspace. Industrial and logistics. Mixed use and regeneration. Schemes in build, schemes at practical completion, and buildings already trading that need to hold their value in a market with more choice arriving.
If you are letting a building, launching a scheme or reporting to investors, this is the page for you. If you are marketing a house, our Manchester property videographer page covers residential work.
The schemes behind us
Hines. Olympia London. RX London. Savills. CBRE. Cushman & Wakefield.
That is national commercial work, delivered by a North West studio. We are not going to dress it up as local: those schemes are in London. The reason it matters here is simpler. The standard of film that a West End refurbishment or a major regeneration campaign expects is the standard we work to, and in the North West it is available without a London day rate and London travel loaded into every visit.
On Film House in Soho we returned six times for Hines, making six separate films while the building was still taking shape. On the Race to Olympia we built a six film social series around four agents racing across London to the estate. Same discipline, applied to a scheme in Salford or a logistics unit off the M62.
Based in Altrincham, on site the same morning
Proximity is a commercial argument, not a convenience.
A crew travelling from London prices travel into every attendance, which is why so many North West schemes get filmed once, late, and never again. From Altrincham, Manchester city centre, Salford, Cheshire, Warrington, Liverpool and Leeds are a short drive. That makes the things that actually improve a campaign affordable: a recce before the shoot, a return visit when the facade comes off, a second attendance when the fit out completes, a quick pick up when a letting agent needs one shot the deck is missing.
It also means the weather stops being a crisis. If the day is unusable for aerial, we come back.
The market we are filming into
Manchester city centre took up around 1.06 million sq ft of offices in 2025, and the constraint now is supply rather than demand. There is very little genuinely new build space under construction, prime rents are pushing through the £50 per sq ft mark, and the Grade A gap is being filled largely by high quality refurbishment of existing buildings.
That has a direct consequence for marketing. When the best space in the market is a retrofit, the story is the achievement, and the achievement is mostly invisible by the time the scaffolding comes down. What a floorplan cannot do is show a buyer what was done to the building, what was kept, and what it feels like to stand in. Film can, and it has to be shot while the evidence is still exposed.
What we film across the North West
Offices and workspace. Letting films and fit out films: what the space is, how it works, why it justifies the rent in a market where an occupier has a shortlist. Built to be sent by an agent and forwarded internally by the people who were not at the viewing. Leasing and marketing films.
Industrial and logistics. Units, yards, access, eaves, connectivity. This is where aerial genuinely earns its place, because the argument for a shed is the argument for its location and its circulation, and neither reads at ground level. Aerial and drone.
Mixed use and regeneration. Schemes that have to explain a place and a phasing plan, not just a building. Longer campaigns, more stakeholders, often a public audience alongside the commercial one.
Developments in build. Filming across the programme so the scheme is known before it opens, rather than introduced on the day. This is the work most schemes skip and the one that cannot be recovered afterwards. How an in build journey film runs.
Everything a commercial campaign needs
One attendance, the full set: hero film, walkthrough or tour, aerial, vertical cuts made for LinkedIn rather than cropped from landscape, and stills shot on the same visit so the brochure and the feed come from the same day.
We also run pre launch campaigns that release material steadily across a build. Our full commercial offer sits on the commercial property video production page.
What it costs
Three commercial tiers. Essential covers a single building launch. Signature is where most schemes land, with a hero film, a walkthrough, ten to twelve vertical cuts, thirty edited stills and aerial included, delivered in ten working days. Flagship is a full campaign film with a microsite.
Scope, scale and speed move the number rather than the postcode. See what is in each tier or build your quote and get a figure back, usually the same day.
Commercial property video in the North West, answered
Where do you cover? From Altrincham we cover Manchester, Salford, Cheshire, Warrington, Liverpool, Leeds and the wider North West as standard, and we work nationally. Most North West sites are inside an hour of the studio.
Do you film industrial and logistics as well as offices? Yes, and they are filmed differently. An office film sells an experience. A logistics film sells access, yardage, clearance and connectivity, which usually means aerial and a route rather than a walkthrough.
Can you film a scheme through construction? Yes. It comes in three shapes: light, milestone led or full, depending on how much programme is left. Being local is what makes it viable, because the cost of a return visit is a morning rather than a London day rate. Filming a development during construction.
What does a commercial property film cost? Scope decides it, not length. The tiers are on the pricing page, and what a development film costs explains what moves the figure.
Do you work with agents and marketing teams as well as landlords? Most of our commercial work comes through agency and marketing teams. On the Olympia campaign we were the film partner on someone else's strategy, and that is a comfortable place for us to sit.
