Aerial & Drone

The view the ground can't give

Drone is the fastest way to show a property's design, scale and surroundings. We fly cinematic aerials, track construction from above, and capture detail that would otherwise need scaffolding — all built into the films and campaigns we make for the built environment.

Why aerial

Scale, context and grandeur in a single shot

An aerial invites the viewer to take in a property's location, layout and the estate around it — context that sells a scheme. 83% of buyers prefer estate agents that use drone imagery, and for developers and architects it's the clearest way to show a project in full.

What we shoot

From cinematic reveals to survey detail

01

Cinematic aerials

Sweeping reveals that show a building’s scale, design and place in the city — the perspective the ground can’t give.

02

Survey & progress films

Regular high-resolution aerials that track a construction site over time — accurate, real, and ideal for stakeholder updates.

03

Aerial stills

High-resolution photography that captures the grandeur, layout and surrounding estate of a scheme.

04

Inspection

Close, detailed aerial inspection of roofs, façades and hard-to-reach areas — without scaffolding or access equipment.

Example · Altrincham Business Park

A whole build, tracked from the air

We followed the construction of Altrincham Business Park from above — visiting once a month, every month, as the new warehouses and roads took shape. The result is a complete aerial record of the build: a series of short progress films plus a fresh set of high-resolution stills at every stage.

  • 14monthly drone films
  • 30aerial photos / month
  • Fullbuild documented
