Pre-Launch Content Campaigns · Our differentiator

Market the building before it opens

Most schemes stay invisible for the two or three years they take to build — then launch cold to a market that's never heard of them. We tell the story while it's being built, so you arrive at launch with an audience already warm.

The forgotten gap

Two years of story, going untold

A development is at its most cinematic while it's being made — the scale, the craft, the people, the place taking shape. Yet most of that footage never gets shot, and the building only starts talking once it's finished. By then the most compelling chapter is over.

How it works

A campaign that runs the length of the build

01

Embed early

We start before the hoardings come down — groundbreaking, structure, the craft and the people building it.

02

Capture the rise

A regular cadence of shoots across the build captures milestones, design intent and place as the scheme takes shape.

03

Drip the story

We turn it into a steady stream of films and short-form, building an audience month after month.

04

Launch warm

By opening day the market already knows the building, the story and the team — and you launch into demand, not silence.

The proof

Schemes we warmed up before launch

Film House, Soho — Hines

We told the story of the building for months before launch, so the market arrived warm. The scheme went on to let the entire eight-storey building to Microsoft's UK AI teams — a landmark deal covered by The Times, the BBC and CoStar.

Olympia London

A high-profile West London estate with a connectivity perception to fix. One requested film became a multi-part series — a commuter race that reframed how easy Olympia actually is to reach. And it travelled: well over a thousand LinkedIn engagements, with reposts from the agents, their firms, and the Hines team putting the estate in front of exactly the right audience.

FAQs

Pre-launch, answered

When should we start?

As early as possible — ideally at or before demolition. The earlier we begin, the more story we capture and the warmer the market is by the time you launch.

Do you replace our branding and leasing agents?

No. We work alongside them. Our role is to build demand earlier so the launch lands on a warmer market, not to handle agency or leasing.

What do we actually get?

A series of launch-ready films — plus optional short-form cuts — built for LinkedIn and your wider channels and delivered across the build, not all at the end.

Does this only work for landmark schemes?

No. Any development sitting on a good story benefits, and most do. The bigger the story, the more there is to tell — but the principle holds at every scale.
