The home

Behind a gated entrance off Whirley Lane, the main residence runs to around 14,200 square feet across eight bedrooms and seven reception rooms, blending 17th-century architecture with a contemporary leisure wing — an indoor pool, spa and steam room — and smart-home technology throughout. Two cottages, a tennis court and extensive grounds of gardens, parkland and woodland complete the estate.

The brief

Marketed by Jackson-Stops, the estate needed a film that did more than list rooms. It had to convey scale, privacy and the feeling of arriving somewhere genuinely rare — and give the agent a centrepiece for a considered, high-value campaign rather than a quick listing video.

Our approach

We built the film like a story — establishing the setting and the approach, moving through the principal rooms and the leisure wing, then out across the grounds, so the sequence mirrors the experience of being shown around in person. Drone work places the hall in its landscape; slow, deliberate interior moves let the light and the materials do the talking. Alongside the full film, we cut a vertical reel for social and the portal listing — the same footage, reframed to stop the scroll.

The deliverables

A cinematic landscape property film and a social-native vertical reel, delivered ready for the agent's marketing, the portal listing and the estate's own channels.
